SORRY for the delay but I managed to cut the download size in half by removing all unnecessary recolors which turned out to be 558mb worth. Took some time and effort but I am happy to to it. As stated before I have left it as a residential lot and only furnished the one. You can change it to an Apartment Lot and use both or just use one, whatever your simming heart desires. NB NB NB If anybody has had a problem with any walls disappearing it may be because I used Numenor’s “No cut away” Custom Wall in some places. I don’t think those walls package.
