These parts are interchangeable since the CETME is the precursor to the G3. However the muzzle device is aftermarket. PTR is a nice affordable way of getting into roller locked firearms, at a fraction of the cost of an actual HK rifle or avoiding the possible quality control issues from Century Arms builds.
