There is a 40mm hole in the center for the ball to show through. The straps are all high quality belt leather, there are metal eyelets on all straps, The top of the head strap has a slider on it so it can suit both male and female with varied head shapes and still be comfortable while not allowing the straps to slip off the head at all.
