Preben Knuth (Nov. 29, 1906 - 1996) was a Danish painter from a noble family. He trained at the Danish Academy in the 1920s and visited Paris where he studied with Per Krohg and Otte Skiöld.Knuth’s art was naturalist, but his art developed into a more stylized and expressionist direction.
