hqcreations:2017 Micro-Homestead in Review:It’s almost over guys - 2017 that is - it’s almost over…and oh boy boy does it need to be over. This has been a “challenging” year for me and the Hubs for various reasons, but with a big focus on mental and emotional health. I don’t know what’s in store for next year, but I need to purge the bad juju that is 2017. This also means moving on physically. We’re thinking about selling our current home, which means readying the property for sell and having less growing space. I’ll likely be switching over to more container gardening and more flowers for the bees to maximize ecological benefits. Looking more to the positive side, at the end of the day, at least the Hubs and I have each other. We got a chance to go officially elope, experience hot air ballooning, and finally open our Etsy shop, all big items off our bucket list.It might be a long time before I’ll be having a harvest like this one here again. I was worried about running out of things to write for this homesteading blog, but honestly the more I learn, but more I realize how much I don’t know.
