aquacura:LOOK AT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!excuse the picture, im away from it at the time and had to find an older reblog….but-my kodak brownie! this was produced from 1907-1933, im thinking its an earlier model by the material…. this particular one belonged to my great grandmother maybelle!it was one of the first publicly available camera, mostly market as being useable by kids. it predates viewfinders, so you have no real way to aim it, just point, shoot, and hope for the best. when your film was full you actually had to send it back to the kodak company to have it developed and they would send you some more!as far as i know it does still work! theres a little lever on the side that you switch to take a picture, and that key in the side turns your film over for the next picture. i would like to open it up and develop the pictures myself someday (i used to do black and white photography in high school, we learned how to use a darkroom!) but im not sure where i would even get started on that alone…, -- source link
