Kovic’s a warrior who’s been cursed to become an embodiment of, well, cold (hence the moniker) and everywhere he goes, objects around him freeze from the intense chill that he radiates, while the weather gradually changes to winter. He’s also a quite bitter and unfriendly person as a result. On the bright side, he has gained some control of these supernatural powers.“…and as Kovic watches the approaching patrol, a look of scorn crosses his visage.
