Blackout Festival is a One Day Festival at The GRAMMY Museum in Downtown Los Angeles on Saturday, August 29, 2015. Doors Open 11 AM to 10 PM. Blackout Festival Features Multiple Screenings of Award Winning Films, Live Musical Performances, Three Featured Panels, a Signature Art Showcase and more.
