Sometimes the best way to allow the breath to serve us is to surrender to it. After all, we are being breathed, as opposed to pulling breath in. It is being pushed in by the shape shifting of cavities within the body, and assistance of air pressure and guidance of prana. The only part that we have full control over is the ratio and length of which it moves through us, the shape shifting of cavities to allow it in, and way our consciousness directs the flow of prana though each breath.
