I substituted regular peanut butter for PB2 so my dough turned out more like batter and I they were more like muffins, but still delicious! I added two semi-sweet chocolate chips to a few of them to see how they would turn out; they do change the nutritional value slightly, which I have included below. Be careful with these–they are easy to binge on!Ingredients: 1 egg1 cup peanut butter (I substituted 1 cup PB2 powdered peanut butter1 cup stevia (or any no-cal sweetener)2 semi-sweet chocolate chips per muffin (optional)Process: Mix ingredients together.
