They achieve nothing and use up you valuable energy and cause you to breathe more air than your circumstance allows. You come to accept that this is your existence for the frisée able future. It is best to just accept your helplessness and save your energy. Your movement and breathing is limited. Exist with those limitations. You will drift out of and back into consciousness. You will lear to live with the solitude and the tedium. You will come to appreciate, even crave those times you are used sexually in the most humiliating ways. It allows you a limited freedom of movement for a time and, most of all, it breaks up the loneliness and the tedium. It is best to forget whatever life you had before. It no longer matters and only increases the distress. Over time your learn to just exist. -- source link
