andyparkart: Sean Chi? No, SHANG-CHI! This is the approved concept art design I did many many months ago during preproduction on the film. What an honor it was to come up with this design for our amazing director in @destindaniel Every new character introduced in the MCU brings a new dimension- from Tony Stark/Iron Man way back in 2008 to Xu Shang-Chi in 2021. 25 films & 3 Disney+ series so far! What a deep universe Marvel Studios has created. Simply amazing! I can’t WAIT to see where he pops up next! Oh, and did I mention how much fun it was to paint & design for the amazing @simuliu ?? Pure joy! He’s a real life superhero! He was born for this role! And again I gotta mention our great director in @destindaniel This was not an easy film to create by any means. But I watched him lead with a focus & a passion that was infectious.
