While we would definitely like to get our project fully funded and out to Castlevania fans, we cannot in good conscience ask for money without it going toward the fight against injustices against Black people. We have to get our kickstarter fully backed to do this, but if that doesn’t happen, we will find a new route for funding to make it happen and donate towards urgently-needed change! We will continue to promote our zine, but our proceeds will now go towards Black Visions Collective. Please feel free to donate to them directly as well! Our lowest tier is just $10 for the full zine in PDF form (and you can give even less than that just to support the project!), and our highest tier with ALL rewards is $23.
