destinyrush:Nearly everyday we hear stories about Muslim people being escorted off planes for the reasons as stupid as “reading a book”, but then there’s these kind of stories…The difference is the people in the last picture are white and not Muslim, so they don’t fall under the “suspicious” “could be a terrorist” category. it’s ridiculous how Muslims literally cannot wear their traditional clothing, speak their native language or just have a darker skin color.Islamophobia must stop. Muslims should be able to wear their traditional clothes without being called terrorists. They should be able to speak their languages without being judged or escorted off planes.
