fuckyeahgoodomens: Do we know what is going on in this scene? I can’t think on the top of my hat what it could be from the book so possibly something new?By the picture in the background and the shape of the dark tall figure both gifs are from one scene.In the first one Crowley has his hands tied and is approaching some kind of… altar? In the second one he is turning to see it - I think that the second gif happens before the first one, and it’s that ‘oh shit’ moment for Crowley. By the haircut and the glasses it is not in the past.That got me thinking. We know that in 1943 Aziraphale tries to be clever which gets him into trouble with the Nazis and Crowley having to save him in a church, and I though it would be really neat if this would be a parallel - Crowley getting into trouble and Aziraphale having to go in some kind of demonic place to save him. :) -- source link
