stayragged:urban comfortSo here we have a pretty classic look with a modern twist! a denim shirt with a brown pant is a staple outfit in an urban setting. Typically worn with the shirt tucked in and some boots, this look is a standard outfit for any rugged city gentleman. the ensemble i’ve put together here has bit more style and it’s mostly due to the unique pieces from two great companies. One of the biggest trends to hit runway and ready to wear fashion in the past few years has been joggers. while not an entirely new concept, it’s use with more luxury materials, fits and brands has elevated the style and made it more viable and acceptable in a variety of settings. A lot of brands have been putting out denim joggers that have the ever day versatility of jeans but the comfort of sweatpants. Here we see Dish & Duer go further and blend the jogger with a brown fashion pant. The drawstring waistband and elastic cuff at the bottom gives it that popular jogger look while the color and material fit in with that classic urban gentleman outfit. a unique seem is stitched across one leg giving it a unique asymmetrical style that stands out without being too obvious. they’re an excellent everyday wear for chill or active days. the denim shirt from Marshall Artist is also a unique take on a classic piece. the shirt has unique pockets sewn into both sides and a hit of leather over one pocket and on the sleeve. the asymmetrical nature of the shirt vibes well with the details on the pants. i really like the lighter blue of this light weight denim as opposed to a dark heavy denim for this look as its more comfortable and casual. comfort yet stylish is a key feature of this outfit. the materials of both pieces are crazy comfortable and perfect for fall. in keeping with the comfort trend (and to show off the jogger cuffs) i skipped over the boots and opted for vans (i know, i know, at least their not black!). these vans still have brown leather that give a similar aesthetic the boots would give with the added blue canvas that ties to the denim shirt above (even if it is darker i think it still works). Also i never wear socks. its just my thing. get over it. lastly, thanks so much for following (and if you’re not and seeing this, follow now!) the response to my blog in such a short time has been amazing and i’m so grateful for you all! please continue to like and share the @stayragged blog! feel free to hit me with messages for recommendations or reviews of your own! and dont forget to tag your own outfit pics with #stayragged so i can find em and help show some luv! thanks everyone!- @stayragged BRANDS:marshal artistDU/ERvans -- source link
