This past weekend was the season opener of the Prosperity Dinners. There is a feast, a special reading and a lot of bright smiles. We gather to celebrate and share the peace, health, joy, and inner riches we have within us. This party was prompted by a dear friend’s visit from Milwaukee and the fact that Spring is blooming. This is the first official Prosperity Dinner I have had in Minneapolis; there was a dry spell for a bit, but now it’s lush and I am reminded again the importance of sharing food. As I was saying the gratitude grace, I was struck with this awareness of joy in what was surrounding me. These people that came together to break bread, laugh, and be themselves in my home; it was a moment where I fully and completely felt that I not only had enough, but I had enough to share, and that I was going to keep on sharing.
