nudistworld-public: :) Ok, this is kind of bullshit. I’m not for gun control but I’m also not for shooting people that don’t agree with me all the way. When the revolutionary war went down there was no right to to weaponry as there was no government defined right to freedom of speech. Since words weren’t a guaranteed right and they weren’t being represented justly of course violent action was necessary. We now live in a time when we can speak openly and freely and are guaranteed the right to do so. The problem is that people don’t tend to apply wisdom when speaking or considering their options when voting. I think for the same reasons violent action would be just as ineffective. It is difficult to have a violent revolution when everyone is fighting for asinine reasons or without solidarity behind a cause. -- source link
