When you start hurting, stop and take stock of what’s wrong. Pain is not inherently a good thing that you should be actively pursuing while you exercise. Exactly. I have had tendinitis in my wrist, elbow, and both feet and sometimes pain is the only way your body can tell you something is wrong. You cannot work through that type of pain. In fact, that is the surest way to avoid recovery. Seriously, stay safe and listen to your body. I spent too much time in pain because I was too proud. I wouldn’t slow down and change how I used my body. -- source link
