Hopefully this year will be different. Hopefully we’ll get the human rights we deserve instead of constantly losing them. Hopefully I won’t constantly be misgendered by my own family especially on social media. Hopefully we’ll all finally feel accepted, seen, heard. Everyday it’s a constant battle and somehow it’s still always love. I know this fight is tiring but it’s all gonna be okay. We gotta stand our ground and stay hopeful that one day we’ll know what it’s like to be treated as an equal.
