Okay but aren’t dogs like, not good with object permanence?Because maybe dogs think of elevators as world changers, but also, maybe they just never have any expectation of what’s going to be behind any door when it opens again unless they can smell or hear what’s behind it. Then they expect that. So the fact everything is different when an elevator door opens is not at all a surprise.
