I’m probably at 30% maybe a little less but aiming for about 20%. Not gunna lie the woman with 25% is smokin! I’ve had my body fat percentage measured professionally and I’m at 20.3% but I look nothing like that! Maybe I just have a lot of muscle underneath my chub? :/ no idea! I’m about 35. I’d love 25!
