gymbunnycandiehart:If Only I Could Get LostI wish it was possible to go somewhere and be lost for a week in complete, no-compromise, girliness. No androgyny, no half-and-half, no second-guessing–nothing but femininity 24/7. Let me be clear, it’s not a fantasy to pass as a girl. I’m not wishing for a week with fake boobs, padded out false hips, or fake wigs. All of that could be nice as a disguise, but I’m not wanting a costume. Being lost in girliness would mean “me being me”. Trying to pass as some woman who I am not takes a way from the concept of being a girly boy swept up in femininity. Passing as a girl might be your cup of tea, but I prefer coffee and whiskey in a pink mug. I clearly want to be lost in girliness as myself. As an example, I absolutely adore the shirt in this caption! I wish I had it (if you know where I can get one, let me know). I could see myself wearing it one day out of my week of being lost in girliness. I’d pair it with some tattered boyfriend skinny jeans or cuffed denim capris. Maybe a mutli-colored woven belt would accent it well. For shoes? Maybe some Toms or white canvas shoes, some cute flip flops or some cork sole wedges. Even without forms, I would at least wear a sports bra, if not, a comfy t-shirt bra (a little padding would be okay). Nails would be painted and some light makeup would be a fun addition. Add in some cute jewelry like bracelets, rings, and a necklace. Maybe an anklet would be cute too. I know I wouldn’t look like a girl, but wow! I think it would be incredibly girly and cute for me. And that would be only one daytime outing! Can you imagine all of the fun a whole week of this would be?!If only I could get lost in girliness for an extended period of time. Now, that would be a week to remember! with lots and lots of pictures, of course! :)CandieHart -- source link
