Posted @withrepost • @accesscenteredmovement Please don’t tell people with disabilities that our needs are too much. To begin, it’s incredibly painful and violent to receive. Can you imagine being told that something you have no control over is too much (many marginalized identities can relate to this)? If you are not able to meet our needs, that is a great phrase to use. No person is too sick or too disabled, the issue is regarding access.
