His style is extremely fine draftmanship of anatomy. The scene of the vase is on the one side Hermes, God of messengers, and Leto, mother of Apollo and Artemis. She is getting into a chariot with her adult divine children. On the otherside of the vase there is Dionysus who is surrounded by maenads and satyrs.
