He repayed me with a coffee and muffin which we enjoyed by the sea in the wintry sunshine! Today’s training was tough, mainly because my legs are absolutely stuffed from this week and there was a pretty hellish headwind. mari-musing accompanied me for the sprint and TT efforts.
