clubathletica: Because I’m such a nice sister, I woke up early to take Tom to the barracks for his second army medical. He repayed me with a coffee and muffin which we enjoyed by the sea in the wintry sunshine! Today’s training was tough, mainly because my legs are absolutely stuffed from this week and there was a pretty hellish headwind. mari-musing accompanied me for the sprint and TT efforts. I was pretty stoked to arrive home to my racing licence in the mailbox and a few cap orders!!
