Sometimes I get to much air. @onzie #onziegear The Cyclocross Remount: The goal of a cyclocross remount is to maintain your speed as you get back on the bike. Extend your arms, pushing your bike out in front of you in a superman –like action; take a last powerful step with your left foot, extending with your toe to start your hop.
