iamemmao: Yesterday I went on my first proper bike ride! Me and the boy cycled from Sheffield to Rotherham via the river, I posed with a dragon, he had a Greggs and then we cycled back. Totalling roughly 17 miles. It was good! I did start to struggle on the way back but considering the furthest I’ve cycled is less than 2 miles to the climbing wall, it was to be expected! I’ve done a lot of long runs along the river and canal during marathon training so it felt odd cycling it! -- source link
