nikkisheis: After thirteen miles tonight. It was my first ride post crash when I injured my hand. I would have liked to have gone further but my hand started to ache and inward running out of daylight. Bonus: legs felt amazing and my time didn’t suffer too much. My heart/cardio did regress but will bounce back quickly. Overall a success!! -- source link
