nikkisheis: Reunited and it feels so good! First time back on my bike in a while. I’ve been working with my trainer twice a week and in the gym four days. My splits are better, I’ve lost ten pounds in just over a month, seven inches off my waist, two and a half off my hips, four off my thighs and two and a half off my arms. Progress! -- source link
