couturethin: Tri Training: swim/ cycle. 35 minutes alternating front crawl and breaststroke, need to get a tri garmin so tracking it is easier. The pool was really busy so couldn’t get much speed up and had to keep weaving past the blue rinses, who glared at me when I dared to splash them by actually kicking my legs to propel me forward! Cycled there and back, about 9 miles, some steep hills. Could really feel my quads after the swim session! Overall pretty positive training today. Happy Joules! -- source link
