xzombienursex: Great ride with the hubby today (minus the A-hole who cut my husband off while going 40 MPH on a descent and then had the audacity to pull over, get out of his car and yell at us). I met my goals of riding 40 miles and climbing 2,000 feet. But I think that’s my limit for now! I plan to ride all year long, so the longest rides this year for me will probably be late fall and winter! Chemo made me do things a little backwards this year! Stats: Distance - 43.6 miles, Time - 3:16:20, Average speed - 13.3 MPH, Total ascent - 2,046 feet, and Average HR - 160. -- source link
