visionaria: Three For the Taking - Part 1 (the first installment of my 2012 threesome writing challenge story) I shouldn’t have been surprised to find him in our hotel room but I was shocked. There he was, rising from a deep red chair in the sitting area, exquisite J, so very charming, whose company I enjoyed but who secretly made me nervous. He was beautiful, all tall grace and smooth olive skin with blue-black hair and a lush, full, smiling mouth. Men never saw that beauty but women did and he’d used it to cut a swath through most of the eligible females in the city and a few surrounding states too. He was reputed to be a generous and skilled lover but I didn’t think he really liked women, aside from sleeping with them, and I didn’t like that. He reminded me of a panther someone had fooled herself into thinking was even half tamed. Toward me he’d always been cordial, scrupulously correct, never warm. His long friendship with you made it certain that he wouldn’t have dared come on to me. Now he wouldn’t have to, for you’d invited him to share our bed. He strode forward, leaned in slowly to kiss me. Surprisingly soft lips and a brush of freshly-shaved chin met my cheekbone, then he lingered so I could feel his breath at my ear, so I could smell the sandalwood and pine in his cologne. The air seemed to thicken between us and I had to fight the urge to draw back and reestablish my own personal space. “Happy birthday” he whispered and, because he was bending down, I could see his the muscles work in his throat, the pulse of the vein at the side of his neck. When he straightened it wasn’t to step away, he was uncomfortably close and he knew it. I stood my ground. His scent and nearness made my pussy twitch but I kept my face impassive denying the primal reaction. When I was afraid I’d sway I looked up and up and up - how had I never noticed J was so tall - until I met and held his moss-green gaze. The first to look away would lose, what, I wasn’t sure. Our eyes locked, his narrowed then his pupils grew large. A flush colored his cheeks. An answering heat bloomed in mine. Out of the corner of my eye I saw his mouth quirk. Barely breathing I smiled and widened my eyes, daring him. After what seemed an eternity but couldn’t have been more than moments, he looked toward my lips, Gradually, his long lush eye-lashes falling. I licked my lips slowly with the tip of my tongue. “I knew I always liked you.” he murmured. “Kiss me.” The last was a demanded. Before I could make any choice, I felt you behind me, chest solid at my back, warm and dear. Your arm wrapped around my waist, hand anchored at my hip possessively. Breath huffed against my neck making me shiver. J took a step back, it was only a small step and he wasn’t moving out of my personal space but yours. I swallowed tightly and angled toward you. “Are you sure you want to do this?” I asked. “Ahhh, baby, you have no idea how long I’ve wanted this.” “Shut up, J. When I’m talking to you, you’ll know it.” I snapped “And don’t call me ‘baby’.” I looked back at you, waiting, knowing you’d take your time not wanting to disappoint me. Your lips brushed my temple then my shoulder. “This is for you. Let us both give you pleasure.” You answered me but were looking at J. I wondered how much the two of you had pre-arranged. Was there a script? Choreography? The trouble you two could get into together was legendary and visions of planning sessions over beers at the pub danced in my head. J held out his hand and it hung in the air in front of me as I stood in your embrace. Slowly, seeming reluctantly, the arm at my waist lifted and you eased back just enough. I reached out and took his hand. I reached up and took his lips. It was a sweet, exploratory kiss, unhurried, adept. -Visionaria There are 2 more late entries to the challenge, Le Cadeau by Madame Malkin and Jake and Kelly by Lumieres-Home.
