sixpenceee:Zacheta, Polish National Gallery Of Art, is a place which combines modernity with history. Usually, it holds exhibitions, but painter Leon Tarasewicz used it as a canvas and transformed Zacheta itself into an actual piece of art. He covered the gallery’s staircases with paint. However, the chaotic look can be misleading, because in reality Leon had a clear vision of what he wanted to portray and carefully planned everything to look that way. At first, he painted the steps with base colors (blue, red, and yellow) at the top. Those three paths merge in one intersection which then combines their colors and everything splatters down the main entrance. (Source) -- source link
