Update on the zoo: First the rats, Yuki (the 2nd) and Sketch who are both dumbos and little bite-y adorable jerks; next is Boomer the year old lab mix, doing a wonderful “sit and watch me” training exercise; then there’s Timmy the gerbil who never stops, I took ten pictures and this was the only non blurry one; and that’s it for the mammals. For the reptiles we have Darwin the iguana, who is still adjusting to his new home and is mid-shed so hates everyone, and Thor, mom’s Christmas bearded dragon who is developing his grown-up beard, likes giving dirty looks to people without food, and will eat anything but is a secret cuddle bug. Not pictured: Icarus, my uromastyx because he sleeps in a cave and has decided 5 in the afternoon is bedtime. Also not pictured: Steve the betta because he’s weird and spends most of his time hiding in hard to photograph places and it’s really hard to take a picture of an aquarium without flash blinding the shot. -- source link
