afewacresofsnow: My favourite photos from Boston based photographer Nan Goldin.  Her work in the 80’s had a huge influence on the Grunge aesthetic of the 1990’s.  Although many of her subjects were heroin users in the Bowery area of New York, she never supported the use of “Heroin Chic” in the commercial photography she inspired. -- source link
