ct-draws:I redesigned a bunch of the main characters from Sailor Moon!Moving right along to the Outer Senshi, starting with Setsuna Meioh aka Sailor Pluto!Wanted to have a different silhouette for the Outer Senshi. Something more sophisticated since they aways seemed more powerful to me.
