He latched the permanent collar around my neck and led me off to my new life as his pet. He removed all of my hair, tattooed DOG on my forehead, and pierced my septum with a large animal ring. I am nothing more than a dumb animal for his pleasure. The heavy ring resting above my mouth reminds me of my place as I spend my days crawling around like the animal I have become. I perform tricks and simple commands such as “roll over” and “sit” to get food. I do my business in Master’s backyard and receive punishment when I have erred.
