Warm Snow. It bears repeating: If it’s dangerous or too cold, put something on! Nude when possible. Clothed when practical. Get it? Now that that’s over with. If it’s a little cold or the air has a slight chill, think warm thoughts. Imagine yourself wrapped in a cloak of warmth. Standing on a warm beach with hot sand underfoot. Sitting in a Sauna after a good swim. Curling up by the fire with a hot mug of chocolate or tea. Spending lazy afternoons at a picnic. Entering a warm house after being in the cold. Seeing family and friends and looking forward to good times. These are just a few thoughts of warmth. For those with really good imaginations and are into meditation, picture yourself getting warmer. Feel your core temperature rise and heat your body from the inside out. Bring the heat from the core and radiate to your fingers, your toes. Push the cold back. Embrace the chill air and bring things into balance. (Do not mistake results with hypothermia!)There are many ways to stay warm in cooler temperatures. But don’t push it. It’s not a competition. It’s not something we can “adapt to.” Cold is real. It can and will result in serious medical issues. Be a smart nudist and not a nudcicle. Nude when possible, clothed when practical.
