thespecializeddigest: I feel like we talk about riding so much, or even the preparation that goes into getting ready for your ride, but we don’t talk about the ending. The end of my ride is a routine all in itself and I bet yours is too. Clean dry clothes (especially a dry sports bra - ladies you know this feeling!), a towel if I’m out or a nice shower if I’m home, a recovery drink, post ride talks, and so on. It’s a part of the entire process that we all know and love, so here’s to those moments where the suffering ends and the recovery begins. At least until tomorrow. - @maeelizabethg -- source link
