richmond-rex:Detail of a diagram of the genealogy of the kings of England, including Henry IV,Henry V, Henry VI, Edward IV, Richard III, and Henry VII. The detail depicts Owen Tudor, Catherine de Valois, their children Edmund and his wife Margaret Beaufort, Jasper and their third son Owen, who, according to Vergil, lived his whole life at Westminster Abbey as a monk under the name of Edward Bridgewater. It says:“Owen Tedder married with Queen Katherine that was wife untoKing Henry V and had by her Edmund the Earl of Richmond,Jasper, and Edward.
