Yeah that sounds legit.so this is how morons lose their hands.Actually from 1942 - 1944 the Russians produced a conversion cylinder chambered for 7.62 Tokarev, just in case 7.62x38r became hard to come by since 7.62 Tokarev was more common. Pretty rare, hence why seller wants $400 rather than $100. A lot of milsurp companies also made conversions as well.
