It’s simply made. You can complete three quests a day which take like a few minutes You can track your overall mood Set medication reminders, appointment reminders, and to-do reminders. You can favorite (or make your own) coping strategies tailored to your situation (anxiety, delusions, ect.) It has you set up an emergency plan and a simple crisis plan, but it’s not super in-depth It’s the cutest, most helpful app I’ve ever found tailored for mental illness and things alike. -- source link
