irrelephantlybeautiful:FINALLY under 200. Took me a little under a year to lose 37lbs and I am completely fine with that. Over the past year I learned that quick weight loss and fixes just don’t stick. It took me longer than I originally planned, but I still enjoyed my life while doing it. I wasn’t perfect every day, nor did I let myself get too off track. I jus stopped rushing it, and let it happen in its own time. This is the longest I’ve ever kept weight off and now officially the most weight I’ve ever lost. Literally Keto has helped me so much. Nothing is a “magic pill” that will work for everyone and makes weight loss easy. I worked hard to get where I am. But Keto for me was something that stuck. Suddenly, food wasn’t my enemy, but my friend. Food was my fuel, calories were not my enemy. Food was something to nourish me, but also something to be truly enjoyed. It seems odd that something that is often explained as restrictive can be so freeing. I was going down a very unhealthy path of binging right before I found Keto. No matter what I tried, nothing was working, and even when something did, I couldn’t stick to it. Now, even when I occasionally eat outside of Keto, I no longer feel guilty about what I am eating. My journey has been long and i still have halfway to go, but I found that following your own road to health is best as long as it fits you and makes you happy.
