Nothing better than a good diner breakfast today my friend and I went to our local fiber for some catch up time and it was just wonderful. I had an egg, bacon, toast, and home fries… With onions and lots of butter and jelly for my toast #recoveryisposdible #recoverywin Life isn’t about fighting with yourself over every calorie, and if you miss a workout. Life is about LIVING.. It’s about spending time with friends and family… It’s about making memories. .. Don’t waste any more of you life than you already have. Start living today, start doing what you want just because.. Who cares if your hungry when everyone’s goings out for ice cream.. Even no disordered people sometimes just eat for pleasure.. There are no rules against enjoying yourself.. If we can just take weight out of it, what would you do? What would you want if weight wasn’t the issue? What would you eat if calories don’t matter?
