Here’s an example of a perfectly balanced meal ~ and a super simple, wholesome bowl Carbs - baked purple + orange sweet potato Protein - lentil Dahl Fats - avocado And as a bonus I also got a whole lots of fibre, vitamins + minerals from all the veggies ⚡️⚡️ . What I’m trying to say here is: Eating a plant based diet really isn’t hard or complicated. You don’t have to plan out extravagant meals in order to get all the nutrients you need.
