Meal prep done! Not shown the oatmeal I already ate today’s carbs are rice, oats, frozen cherries, semi sweet chocolate chips and butternut squash. Happy panda over here That being said…I said this before and I will say it again. 2+2 and 3+1 both equal 4. There are more than one way to do things. In this case, prep. As I get closer to my show, I get more and more coaches and pseudo coaches messaging me to help me prep. This leads to them telling me I’m doing it wrong. So let me clarify. I HAVE a coach @a.m_alexander is awesome. He knows more about how my body react than anyone who randomly messages me :) he’s coached me for over a year and watched how my body reacts. He KNOWS me and knows my prep inside and out. And just because my prep isn’t like yours does NOT make it wrong. Nor does it make your way wrong. So as fitness individuals lets all accept that more than one person can be right and your way is NOT the only way.
