Looking over at my 30s like, “Let’s do this.” I was recently asked how I celebrate getting older, as it can be a fear for some people. I enjoy getting older, because my life gets better every year that passes. I step further into my power from increased experiences that allow me to learn more about myself. With each year that passes I learn how to trust my intuition more. I learn that taking care of myself first is always best and it’s okay to release perceived responsibility for others/relationships. I get more comfortable with my body. I reach for a more aligned style. I get the opportunity to live life from a higher perspective. I love getting older. I gain more insight, more hindsight, more wisdom. I find myself more and more deeply. That’s where my love thrives - in that increased self-awareness toward unconditional love. So I celebrate my age (which is really just a number) and respect that there is power in this journey, where I’ve moved one step closer to truth.
