タヒニパスタLooking for mental help in Japan is hardI was looking for antidepressants because I don’t want to feel anything anymore. But it seems like it’s not something that exists in japan. There are some anxiety and stress drug on iHerb so I might try that.There seems to be a clinic somewhere in central Tokyo as well. I was planning to book a session with them, but they are not listing their pricing. I always feel awkward calling to ask without the certainty of purchasing a product. I really hate letting people down.I can afford therapy one or twice per month if a session is 10,000 yen (~100usd) or so.I will need to look into whether my health insurance covers this or not… would be great if it does -- source link
