Shown here are characters:Ibaraki doji, was a famous Heian demon, associated with the Shutendoji demon gangShuten douji, a fearsome demon leading the oni-gang Ibaraki doji was part of  Ubume*, are ghosts of birthing women/mothers who died. “姑獲鳥” sounds like a bird name, so ubume are sometimes depicted with crane featuresKyuuketsu hime, litterally “vampire princess“. I don’t have much to say about that one as blood sucking bat-likevampires are in fact pretty recent in Japanese folklore (bats are traditionnally auspicious in Japan)Yuki-onna, a famous snow spirit appearing as a beautiful woman * The ubume uses an alternative design where character appears wearing a travelling gear uncluding an uchikatsugi veil: -- source link
